What we collect

Orders: when you buy from our shop we receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your download and keep accounting records.

Contact form and email: your name, email address and message, used only to reply to you.

Newsletter: your email address, only if you choose to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Why we process it

To deliver your order and meet our legal bookkeeping duties (contract and legal obligation), to answer your messages (legitimate interest) and to send our letters (your consent).

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website and shop may use a few strictly necessary cookies, for example to remember your shopping bag and keep checkout secure. These are needed for the site to work and are not used to identify you.

Services we use

Our website and shop are hosted by Hostinger, which also processes orders and sends download emails. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as PayPal), who handle your payment details directly. Some providers may process data outside Europe, for example in the United States, using appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept as long as Norwegian bookkeeping rules require (normally 5 years). Messages are kept as long as needed to help you. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
